Welcome
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer individual/ couples counseling and facilitate small group experiences. My methodology is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for the nervous system’s wisdom, supporting clients in making sense of patterns that once helped them survive but may no longer serve them. Please feel free to explore my website and contact me with any questions.
We are not asked to erase the hard things, only to face them from a place that wasn’t possible before. Not with resistance, but with a deeper breath— and a softer heart. ~ Bert Hellinger
Dawn integrates attachment-focused somatic and nervous system approaches to support adults with complex and developmental trauma, chronic stress, and patterns rooted in early relational experiences. She works at the pace of the nervous system, helping clients gently notice and soften protective patterns while building internal trust and resilience.
Her work is collaborative and experiential, weaving together parts work, body awareness, and nervous system regulation. Dawn believes that symptoms make sense in the context of a person’s history and that healing unfolds when all parts are met with respect and compassion.

Information about SSP:
SSP is used in 70+ countries. SSP shows improvement for those with anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, PTSD and more.

Stop reacting to stressful situations and start responding – just by listening to music! Our nervous systems are designed to protect us from danger, but in this modern world, “danger” can be sensed everywhere, causing more stress, more often. Every moment contributes to you feeling safe and comfortable in the world, or unsafe and uncomfortable. A healthily supported nervous system stays more regulated during the moments, making it easier to sleep, focus, connect, communicate, and stay present. By helping to regulate the nervous system, the SSP makes it easier for you to engage in other therapies. The lasting impacts not only start working the moment you begin listening, but they also continue to increase after the program finishes.
SSP is a five-hour musical listening program. This restorative experience allows you to choose from different styles of music. Complete short listening sessions throughout the week. Through the filtered music, the SSP acts passively on the autonomic nervous system, meaning that besides listening, you don’t have to “do” anything to experience the benefits. The less activity during the listening sessions, the better.
